I was born in Brenham, Texas and currently live in the city limits. I graduated from BHS, Blinn College, and from Sam Houston State University. I am married to David Sommerfeld, and have two daughters Catherine Young and Caroline Young. I enjoy spending time with friends and family, along with a variety of other interests. This is my 9th year teaching at Krause Elementary.
