Junior High Night
Friday
4:00 Rehearsal starts at Cub Stadium with the Junior High Band.
When rehearsal is over, the band parents have bought pizza for the Junior High and High School students. (Thanks band parents for this treat. It takes a lot of people working together to have a great band.
6:00 Meet in the newly renovated JH band Hall. At 6:30 we are going to learn a new song. Let the Junior High students stand close to you so you can help them learn “Poker Face”
Make sure you do not have mud on your feet. It is very important that we keep the JH Band Hall clean.
At rehearsal you need to be wearing;
Kelly green under shirt
Black shorts
Black Marching Shoes
Black Socks
-And have your Flip Folder
*you do not have to have your instrument because most of them will be loaded.
6:30 Leave BJHS band hall and go to stadium. Set up for pre-game.
*We will perform sometime after 6:45 and before 7:15.
Then hustle into the stands for all of the Pre-Game Festivities. In the stands, we will play Apache and Poker Face with the Junior High Band Students and then they will be dismissed unless they want to hang around.
*Also remember on Junior High Night, we sit on the visitors side.
7:30 Game Time
12:30 This is an approximate time I think we might be home. It is only a guess. There are a lot of things that can change this time. Lets see how good my guessing abilities are.
